CLEAR Coverage is perfect for customers who are looking for a small safety net on their checking account with reduced overdraft fees. You can breathe easier knowing you'll be covered if a small balance mistake or unplanned expense puts your account a little under!
It's an optional add-on service for your checking account that provides the following benefits for a monthly service charge of $10:
- Perfect for customers looking for a small safety net on their account, with access to a $50 Grace Zone.
- The overdraft fee is reduced to $7 per-item in the Grace Zone.
- You get a $5 rebate if you do not have any overdraft fees an entire statement period.

*Paying overdrafts beyond the Grace Zone is not guaranteed. The per-item fee beyond the Grace Zone is $37 (insufficient funds) or $35 (unavailable funds). If your account remains negative you will be charged a one-time consecutive day overdrawn fee of $36 on the 7th business day overdrawn.

CLEAR Coverage is an optional service available for Guaranty Bank personal checking accounts. A monthly service fee applies. See the CLEAR Coverage Service Agreement located at www.guarantybank.com/clear.aspx or from any branch for terms and conditions. The bank pays items in the Grace Zone and charges a reduced overdraft fee of $7 per item paid with insufficient or unavailable funds (funds subject to check or debit card holds). Fees charged for paying overdrafts as well as the amount of the overdraft item are subtracted from the Grace Zone amount. Paying overdrafts beyond the Grace Zone is not guaranteed and we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing or you are not making regular deposits. The fee for each overdraft item paid or returned beyond the Grace Zone is $37 for insufficient funds and $35 for unavailable funds. The categories of transactions for which a fee may be imposed include ATM and everyday debit card transactions, checks and other transactions made using your checking account number, automatic bill payments and preauthorized automatic debits, telephone-initiated, online banking, electronic transfers and recurring debit card transactions. ATM and everyday debit transactions are only authorized and paid if you are enrolled in the overdraft service for those transactions. You must repay an overdraft immediately to avoid the $36 consecutive day overdrawn fee charged on the 7th business day overdrawn. Excessive use of the service will result in significant overdraft fees. Fees and terms are subject to change. See branch for details.
