The Guaranty Bank Wholesale Lockbox is a collection mechanism for your company's receivables that will
increase collection efficiency and provide you with daily notification of all deposits. When using a
Wholesale Lockbox, you instruct your customer to mail payments directly to a Guaranty Bank-assigned
post office box. Guaranty will then process and deposit the checks received to your account for same
day ledger credit and provide you with a daily deposit report. This service is especially useful for
companies who have a relatively small number of large dollar receivables. Additionally, Guaranty
Bank offers imaging of items and documents received through the lockbox that can be viewed on the Internet.
