a cost-effective way to maintain a target balance in your checking account while minimizing borrowing
expenses. As your cash position changes from day to day, our Loan Sweep responds automatically to your
cash flow needs. The Loan Sweep product will automatically advance on your line of credit when your
checking account drops below a predetermined balance. Alternatively, it will use excess collected
deposits in your checking account to pay down your line of credit.
