Guaranty Bank's Online Banking is compatible with the current year’s release of Microsoft® Money, Quicken®, or QuickBooks® as well as the last two previous years.

What does it mean to "export" account information from online banking?

From inside the online banking application you can obtain a download of account history for a given date range. You can then import this information into one of the supported software products to better analyze your financial data. Certain versions of Intuit products support Express Web Connect where transactions can more easily be downloaded than using the "save" file method. What file download formats does Guaranty Bank support?

Open Financial Exchange (OFX) is the industry standard for electronic transfer of financial data between financial institutions (FIs), businesses, and consumers via the Internet. OFX is a more sophisticated method of transaction delivery than our prior use of QIF and OFC. You can download these OFX files and import them into one of the supported financial software products.

I am having trouble importing account information into Quicken®, QuickBooks® or Microsoft® Money. What can I do?

We recommend obtaining the most recent updates for your current release of financial software. As a reminder, Guaranty Bank's Online Banking system is compatible with the current year’s release and the last two previous years. Does Guaranty Bank support automatic downloading of transactions from within my financial software rather than having to export my account information from Online Banking?

No. Guaranty Bank does not offer Quicken® or QuickBooks® Direct Connect service. We also do not support Microsoft® Money Active Statement service at this time. Certain versions of Intuit Products support Express Web Connect where transactions can more easily be downloaded. Please contact Intuit or visit www.intuit.com for more information.
