Guaranty Bank helped the Dallas Housing Authority (DHA)
receive a grant in the amount of $492,579 from the Federal Home Loan Bank's
Affordable Housing Program (AHP) for use on the Lakeview Townhomes project.
Additional funding for the project was received through a loan from Guaranty
Bank, a grant from the Dallas Housing Authority's Comprehensive Grant Program
and tax credits totaling four percent. A total of 152 public housing townhomes
designed to target very low-income individuals were constructed.

with grassy yards and play areas, a far cry from the rows of dilapidated box
like apartments of years past.
