Supplier Diversity Eligibility and Certification

Eligibility
In order to qualify for Guaranty's Supplier Diversity Program, a business must be at least 51 percent owned, controlled and actively operated by a minority, non-minority women or a disadvantaged individual or group. Minority classifications include African American, Asian/Indian, Asian/Pacific, Hispanic, and Native American.

Certification
Guaranty requires that all suppliers applying to the Supplier Diversity Program provide proof of valid certification from one or more of the following organizations:

- Central and South Texas Minority Business Council
- Dallas-Fort Worth Minority Business Council
- Houston Minority Business Council
- WBENC Women's Business Enterprise National Council
- Women's Business Council - Southwest
- Houston Women's Business Council
- City of Austin
- City of San Antonio
- City of Houston
- South California Regional Purchasing Council
- North California Supplier Development Council
- Any affiliate council to the National Minority Supplier Development Council
