It is the policy of Guaranty Bank to provide qualified Minority, Women, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise ("M/W/DBE") companies the opportunity to equally compete and participate in our procurement process. As such we will:

- Actively seek out qualified M/W/DBE companies for all possible procurement requirements including goods, general services, professional services and construction.
- Actively and effectively communicate our quality standards and service requirements to M/W/DBE companies.
- Actively and effectively communicate the benefits of the Program internally to ensure Program acceptance and to promote the Program's growth and success.
Provide necessary resources to operate the Program effectively and to achieve the Program's goals and objectives as set by executive management.
- Operate the Program in keeping with sound business practices and established moral, ethical, and legal standards.
