Registration and Password Information


	How do I sign up for Guaranty�s Online Banking service and what are the requirements?

How do I sign up for Guaranty�s Online Banking service and what are the requirements?

If you have not already registered for Online Banking, you must first enroll as a user, which is our way of making sure your account is set up properly.

(Note: You must have a Guaranty checking account to use Online Banking.)

	Sign up for Online Banking

Be sure you have the following required items before you begin the registration process:

ATM/Debit Card
Expiration date on Debit Card
PIN tied to your ATM/Debit Card
E-mail address

After you enroll in online banking, you will get immediate access. You can begin setting up your payees and paying bills! It will take 24 hours to display all transaction history after you login for the first time.

How many keyboard characters must my UserID or password be? What is the maximum number of characters I can use in my UserID or password?

Your UserID must be at least six characters containing letters and/or numbers. No special characters can be used.

Your Password must be at least six characters with at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter and one number.

Once I have signed up, how do I access Guaranty's Online Banking service in the future?

Use your web browser to access Guaranty's home page at http://www.guarantybank.com.

The Login box, labeled Access Your Accounts, will appear on the right side. You will enter your USER ID and password.

Which password do I use the first time I log on?

During the enrollment process you will be asked to create a password. You will use this password to access your online banking account.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget you online banking password, select help from the login box. Click on the "Forgot Password" link. You will be prompted to answer security questions to verify your identity. Once your identity has been verified, you will be prompted to change your password. You can always call customer service as well at 1-800-925-6181 Monday through Friday 8AM CT to midnight or Saturday from 9AM CT to 4PM CT.
