Business Banking Online Banking FAQs 

If you have questions or need help with Guaranty's Online Banking, we have some useful tips and instructions. Click on the link below that closest relates to your inquiry. Can I see running balances for each transaction that posts to my account?

You will have a running balance available in your online statement information. The running balance helps you visibly track and report how your balance is affected after your transactions post. Pending transactions will not have a running balance displayed.

How many accounts can I view?

you may view all eligible accounts. Business accounts must have their documentation verified before they can be viewed in Online Banking. You can view most eligible accounts: Checking, Savings, Money Markets, CDs, IRAs, Select Loan Information.

I just enrolled in Online Banking, but I can only see pending transactions. Why?

Upon logging into online banking for the first time you will only see pending transactions. After 24 hours you will see up to 90 days of history. Once you begin using online banking, your transaction history will grow up to 2 years.

How long is a record of online activity kept?

Online activity is stored for up to 2 years.

Why is my available balance different than my running balance?

If you have any ACH, ATM/Debit card transactions that are pending, these will be reflected in your available balance but will not be displayed in your running balance until the actual transaction posts to your account. Similarly, if you have any holds placed on deposited checks or any leans against your account, they will not be displayed in online banking..
