If you have questions or need help with Guaranty's Online Banking, we have some useful tips and

What are Alerts?
Alerts are notifications sent to your personal email address based on criteria that you select. Guaranty offers transaction, balance and new message alerts. For example: if you always wanted to be notified when your balance drops below a certain amount, you can set up a balance alert.
When do I receive Alerts?
Transaction and Balance Alerts are generally sent every morning. New message alerts are generated throughout the day.
What is a new message alert?
A "New Message Alert" can be set up to notify you when you have an in-session message waiting for you to review inside online banking.
Please refer to the Online Banking Service Agreement for more information about this service. If you did not print a copy of the Agreement when you registered for Online Banking, you can obtain a copy by clicking on the link in this paragraph.
